1971: George Harrison became the first solo Beatle to have a #1 album in the US when "All Things Must Pass" went to the top of the Billboard chart for a seven week stay. It was eventually certified 6x Platinum by the RIAA and was ranked #437 on Rolling Stone magazine's list of The 500 Greatest Albums of All Time.
